Tkm was founded by Liz Taylor who has worked within knowledge and information fields for the past 15 years. Having worked on a self-employed basis for just over 6 years, Liz has experience in the public and private sector through a range of projects. These initiatives have focused on improving core business processes through the development of knowledge and information management, in addition to advising on practical compliance with information-related legislation.

Liz is a qualified project manager, has MScs in Knowledge Management Systems and in Education and Training Management, and is a member of the Institute of Consulting. She has published two books on the topics of managing knowledge around business processes and complying with freedom of information legislation.
